Motor access to the house (700 m via unmade road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 9 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km, thermal baths 20 km. Tennis 10 km, riding stable 10 km, skisport facilities 50 km, cross country ski track 10 km. Please note: car recommended.
4-room house 180 m2 on 3 levels, on the ground floor. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living room with satellite TV, radio, CD-player and heating stove. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: shower/WC. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms. Exit to the balcony. Bath/shower/WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very beautiful distant view of the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. The upper floor: open gallery (reading room with table).

Summary: Das Haus war super schön, groß und gemütlich - ein Kamin mitten im Wohnzimmer, eine große Wohnküche, ein großes schönes Bad, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten mit Teich war ebenfalls spitze. Leider war das Baby-/Kinderbett eine Katastrophe, da es mit Kabelbindern am Lattenrost geflickt war und alle Holzstäbe sich bereits von der Seite ablösten. Selbst mein 5 1/2 Monate altes Baby hatte eine Stange direkt in der Hand.

Summary: Perfektes Ferienhaus in der Natur. Alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Optimale Lage für sportliche Aktivitäten wie Trail-Lauf, Mountainbike, Wandern, Skifahren. Freizeitbad Deggendorf nur 25km entfernt. Wipfelpfad, Skipisten, Kinderland, Seilgarten in St. Englmar nur 20 min mit dem Auto.

Summary: Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem tollen Ferienhaus, direkt am Waldrand mit super schöner Aussicht ins Tal, gefühlt. Es hat uns an (fast) nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, außer einen Föhn haben wir vermisst. Die Lage ist super und man kann sehr viele tolle Ausflüge und Wanderungen unternehmen.

Summary: Nach einer kurzen Schrecksekunde, als unser Navigationsgerät neben einem Holzstapel meinte „ sie haben ihr Ziel erreicht“, waren wir unheimlich froh, letztlich das uns bereits vom Bild her bekannte Ferienhaus einige Meter weiter doch noch zu entdecken.
